I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A HEART THAT LOOOOVED CAKES AND EVERYTHING SWEET AND SO I HAVE DEDICATED MY LIFE TO IT. SINCE I WAS ABOUT SIX YEARS OLD I HAVE BEEN MAKING CARAMEL AND CAKES, BURNING THEM A LOT TOO, AS I GOT INTERRUPTED BY OTHER KIDS PLAYING....
I came here from the Czech republic to study and have always somehow ended up working for a high end restaurants or high end manufacturers so in the end I just had to stay in this beautiful country!

I have been working in the food industry baking, cake decorating and biscuit making, chocolate sculpting and writing and new food inventing for over 20 years now and have gold and silver medals to show for it along with a lot of experience and love for cake decorating.
After my two bubbly kids were born I chose to stay home and do what I love most - puting all my heart in to creating my cakes! Your cakes! I am not a manufacturing bakery who makes ten or more of the same cake a day or use pre-mixes and fake cake flavours. At Sweet Heart Cake Art I pamper your cake with all the attention it needs! We use good old free range eggs, Aussie butter, amazing fragrant organic Heilala vanilla bean paste, homemade salted caramel, Belgian dark and white chocolates and other really good quality ingredients so that your cake doesn't just look amazing, it tastes delicious too!
